Indians don't use sauce or ketchup in foods. The spices make them colourful. Don't misguide for those extra catchy colours. What you are showing is indian foods made in western shortcut style

This is perhaps the worst set of Indian cooking I hv seen in my life – and I hv seen ppl interpret Indian food incorrectly so many times. There is so much wrong with these recipes that perhaps it wud be best to not call it Indian but just random stuff u came up with.
I don't know guys why you all just get annoyed if some other country people write Indian food.
And only the name is used Indian otherwise india Bangladesh Pakistan shirilanka and some other countries have almost same curries and almost same ingredients.
Stop fooling your viewers in the name of "Indian dishes", "Italian pastas" or any other cuisine for that sake. Just by using a few relevant spices and name of our curries you cannot make authentic recipe in the worst way possible. Moreover, we are largely a vegetarian country and our every dish isn't about chicken! Also, if you can't respect other's cusine and authentic dishes, just stick to your beef, ham and cheese and stop using terms like 'Indian ', 'Italian', 'Turkish' or any other country's name with it!
All recipes are adaptation, however the chicken butter masala is missing one of the key ingredients, it does not have dried fenugreek leaves as its ingredient

ok there should be more vegetarian dishes considering that a major chunk of the population is vegetarian in India and some of our best dishes are vegetarian speaking from an Indians point of view but hey it was a good shot we do appreciate it
and another thing we usually add tomatoes or in this case tomato sauce and then we cook it out for a bit then we add cream for the butter chicken and another tip add garam masala at the end it gives a better aroma and taste that is something personal and what my mom does
